I had a wonderful stay at Pat’s place! Pat was incredibly responsive, super friendly, and even shared lots of great local recommendations that made my trip more enjoyable. The house itself is adorable, decorated with so many unique touches that make it feel really special. It’s also fully equipped with everything you might need – from cooking spices, microwave, air fryer, and much more.
I truly felt at home here and would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and well-prepared stay. Thank you, Pat!

Pat was an amazing host, and the apartment was perfect! We were in Tempe to move our daughter into her dorm at ASU. We were only about five minutes from campus, and the building offers free parking, which saved us a lot of money. The property is gated and very safe. There are three pools and a gym available, which was great. Pat's place was immaculate and very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Pat was in touch with us to help us get situated, and was available whenever we needed anything. I can't say enough about Pat and her property. We will definitely book with her the next time we are in town!

Host was very responsive and helped directly whenever we needed it. Was very proactive in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and well appointed. I plan on using the same spot again when I inevitably visit Arizona again.

Three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat's place that has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a rollaway bed which allowed each of us to have our own bed. Everything was clean and spotless. Pat responded immediately by text and/or phone and was so friendly and kind. Lots of very thoughtful extra touches. She had a Zeropure water filter in the refigerator to filter tap water as well as bottled water, instant oatmeal packets, breakfast bars. Extra toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathroom. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Outdoor swimming pool outside and gated community. Nice neighborhood and was just a couple of blocks to where our conference was in Tempe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will definately stay again when we come to Tempe.

This place was located in a great area for the things we wanted to do. Pat was very responsive to any questions and proactive with giving information prior to our arrival.

Pat was very helpful from the first inquiries, to preparing for our check in, and very quickly responding to questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and included tea bags, coffee and spices. Great location to travel out from as it was central for lots of activities we did.

I’ve stayed with Pat before and she’s a great host. This was a perfect place to stay for us while we were in Tempe. Great communication from Pat and a comfortable, clean apartment.
