Good to know
You will enjoy large rooms, fun decor, great amenities, all close to so many local attractions. 2 bedrooms, each with a desk, unlimited fiber Wi-Fi, and room darkening curtains. 1 has a king bed, the other a queen sz, each with smart TV, LR 50” smart tv. You will find an air bed in the walk-in closet. Enjoy full size appliances, including washer and dryer in the unit. Gated community with lots to offer! Welcome!
House Rules
NO smoking or vaping on property or inside apartment-HOA rule Please do not take bath towels outside. We have lots of pool towels in baskets in each bedroom We ask that you leave bedding in place and towels hanging to dry. No laundry to do! Park anywhere except covered “reserved” spots
Other Details to Note
If you would like to wash your own things, there are soap pods in vanity cabinet we use 1 soap pod, 1/2 C vinegar, 1/2 C baking soda per load please load and run the dishwasher, turn off all lights, and lock doors just prior to departure

2 beautiful pool open year round. Well appointed gym. Playgrounds for children to enjoy. Gated community and each traveler has a code for the gate. Close to area attractions Tempe Beach is 2 miles or 6 min by car ASU 10 minutes Spring Training and Fall Ball quite close. Sky Harbor 10 minutes. PLUS: Gammage in Tempe, part of Arizona State University, VERY close, and is a renowned performing arts center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, hosting Broadway shows, concerts, and cultural events. Conveniently located on campus, it offers nearby parking and dining options for an enjoyable evening experience.
Guest Access
The entire apartment is yours with many extras at the neighborhood. 2 pools, playgrounds, gym, conversation area with hanging chairs and hammocks. Patio areas with seating and grills for your casual dining. Both near pools. Plenty of free parking, and if you prefer public transportation, there’s a bus stop right out front. We are close enough to Sky Harbor that a Uber ride is convenient, and car rentals are a few blocks away. Public bus Transportation right out front of the community, a short distance to Valley Metro which will take you almost anywhere locally via trolly.
